So Ryan and I ventured to Palm Springs this weekend. We haven't really seen to much of California other than the coast so we wanted to get a few trips in before heading back to Canada. (PS we're moving back to Canada!) Anywho- Palm Springs was beautiful! So warm, awesome desert atmosphere- very calming, relaxing- I could retire there. (Like now).
We stayed at Hotel Zoso- strange name but pretty cool place. We hit about EVERY modern furniture store.. oohhing and ahhing over everything.
And then I found out that there's snow near Palm Springs. Ok- listen, when you're in the desert- it seems like the last thing you would see, right? But it's surrounded by mountains, I guess I should have put it all together. Well Ryan, missing snow, made us go up a Tram to the top of a mountain. I guess it was cool- I was just cold, wet, and afraid of heights. Buzzkill Betty- but I sucked it up for some pictures. It was beautiful.
